RULES OF THE PRIZE COMPETITION - THE MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB

A. HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

To purchase a ticket, the participant must register on the TMC platform. To register, you will be asked to provide your email address. You cannot have more than one email addresses attributed to your TMC registration.
At least one ticket must be purchased to participate.
The winner(s) of the competition prizes will be chosen by a random number generator.
Any exchange of tickets is strictly forbidden.
In each competition, there are a minimum of six (6) and a maximum of eight (8) material (non-cash) prizes and a final prize (cash amount) to be won.
Winners will be announced during a live event on the TMC website and then contacted by the TMC team via email, no later than seven (7) business days from the day of the prize draw.
The exact date of each live event will be announced via the TMC promotion networks, e.g., website, email and social media channels.
In order to receive a prize as soon as possible, all winners will need to provide their personal data to TMC to verify their identity.
In the event that the participant does not comply with TMC’s Terms and Conditions, that participant will be disqualified and another winner will be chosen by the random number generator.

The maximum duration of a competition is thirty (30) days.
If all of the tickets for the competition are sold before the end of the thirty (30) day period, the winner of the competition will be drawn at an earlier date.
If all of the tickets are not sold within the specified time frame, the final prize (the cash amount accumulated up to that point) will be distributed to a winner.
If a total of less than three (3) tickets are sold within the competition period, the participants will receive a refund.
Material prizes will be sent to the winner within seven (7) business days of the date of the live event.
Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner within seven (7) business days of the date of the live event.
Details of the arrangements concerning any prizes including a travel element, will be discussed and arranged between the winner(s) and TMC.

The participant has the opportunity to win either a material (non-cash) prize, such as an iPad, iPhone, Holiday or Weekend Getaway, or a cash prize.
A total of 50% of the proceeds collected will be distributed to participants. Distribution of the value is approximately 40% cash and 10% material (luxury) non-cash prizes.
A maximum amount of €250,000 in material (non-cash) luxury prizes will be awarded.
In any one competition, the structuring of the non-cash prize based on the number of tickets sold, is as follows:

500 tickets sold

Luxury non-cash prize level 1

Non-cash prize worth up to €5,000 Euros

2000 tickets sold

Luxury prize level 2

Material prize worth up to €8,000 Euros

5000 tickets sold

Luxury prize level 3

Material prize worth up to €12,000 Euros

10,000 tickets sold

Luxury prize level 4

Material prize worth up to €20,000 Euros

15,000 tickets sold

Luxury prize level 5

Material prize worth up to €25,000 Euros

20,000 tickets sold

Luxury prize level 6

Material prize worth up to €30,000 Euros

30,000 tickets sold

Luxury prize level 7

Material prize worth up to €50,000 Euros

40,000 tickets sold

Luxury prize level 8

Material prize worth up to €100,000 Euros

50,000 tickets sold

No additional further material prizes at luxury prize level 9.

The prizes will be won at various stages throughout the duration of the competition.

The number of individual prizes which can be won, depends on the number of tickets sold during the competition.

The participants can always see the list of current prizes on the competition timeline.

The participant has the option to exclude himself from the competition or set a monthly money limit at any time via his or her profile.
If the monthly limit set by a participant is reduced, this will take effect immediately.
If the monthly limit is increased by a participant, the increased amount will be made available within 24 hours.
All rules are in place solely for the protection of our participants.
