RESPONSIBLE GAMING

At TMC we want our players to have fun, so we encourage you to participate responsibly at all times.

The minimum age for participating in the lottery is 18 years of age.

In order to gamble responsibly, you should remember the following:

  • Gambling is a form of entertainment. It is not a way to get rich quickly and pay off your debts.
  • Gambling is not a way to make money. The vast majority of gamblers actually lose money.
  • Never play with more money than you can comfortably afford to lose.
  • Never play with funds that you need to use for your day to day living expenses.

Place limits on your gambling. For example, this can include setting limits on the time you spend gambling, the amount you gamble each week, the amount you of tickets you purchase and/or the amount you can afford to lose each week. Never chase your losses.

To contact player support, please complete the online form via: https://the-millionaire-club.com/contact/

Ticket purchase limits

  1. The player has the option to set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on their spending at any time via his or her profile.
  2. Any limits implemented shall only be removed upon the request of the player or upon expiry of the set duration.
  3. Any notices received by the player to make the limit more stringent or to increase the duration are effective immediately upon receipt by TMC.
  4. Any notices received by the player to make the limit less stringent or to decrease the duration shall only be effective after 24 hours from the day on which TMC receives the notice.

How to stop gambling?

You need to be aware of how to stop gambling before it becomes a big part of your life. Trustworthy gambling sites include safeguarding measures. At TMC safeguarding our players is our top priority. When playing our lottery, you can:

  1. View your transaction history.
  2. Self-exclusion: choose to exclude yourself from gaming for an amount of time. If you would like to know how to apply for a self-exclusion, you should contact our customer support services.
  3. Self-exclusion periods vary from 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, an indefinite period or an auto-renew option. Players who have visited TMC’s website (visitors), but who have not registered an account, can also self-exclude.
  4. 3.2.1 The duration of any exclusion shall only be decreased upon the request of the player.

3.2.2 Notice received by the player decreasing the period of self-exclusion or the removal of a definite self-exclusion shall only be effective after the lapse of not less than twenty-four hours from the day on which TMC receives the notice.

3.2.3 Notice received by the player revoking an indefinite period of self-exclusion shall only be effective after the lapse of not less than 7 days from the day on which TMC receives the notice.

  1. 3.3.1 To request guidance on the option of increasing any definite period of self-exclusion, the player must contact customer support.

3.3.2 The self-exclusion period can be increased by the player by logging in to your account, clicking on “my account”, and selecting the correct duration period under “player protection”.

3.3.3 Notice received by the player increasing the period of self-exclusion shall be effective immediately upon receipt by TMC.

  1. Any exclusion permitted shall only be removed:
  2. Upon the request of the player; or
  3. Upon the expiry of the set duration.
  4. TMC will not attempt to induce any players who have requested self-exclusion to make use of any of its respective gaming activities.

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem:

  • Postpone gambling by giving yourself a longer period of time away from playing (it may allow the urge to pass or weaken).
  • Please reach out for support by confiding in a trusted friend or going to a Gamblers Anonymous meeting.
  • Distract yourself with other activities that you enjoy – avoid isolation by looking for healthy ways to socialise.
